Manish Kapoor is the visionary and dynamic leader at the helm of Archway, serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a storied career spanning 25 years of senior leadership roles at prominent organizations including Amazon and FedEx, Manish has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead industry transformations.
At Amazon, Manish was the first individual to be hired for the newly formed "Amazon Logistics – AMZL" group, tasked with the monumental mission of building Amazon's in-house logistics capabilities. His leadership extended worldwide, overseeing last-mile efforts, and notably, the successful launch of Amazon Fresh and Sunday Delivery in the United States.
Manish's impressive career trajectory includes pioneering initiatives such as the establishment of the first centralized command and control center for Last Mile at FedEx, introducing automated route optimization even before smartphones became mainstream.
The early years of Manish's career were marked by his disruptive influence in the printing industry. He collaborated with Xerox R&D to develop cutting-edge commercial digital printing technology, capable of printing checks with magnetic toner. His journey also involved launching the first digital pre-press operation in India before relocating to the United States. Recognized for his invaluable contributions, Manish received the prestigious Global Xplorer award from the Printing Industry.
Further, Manish has held significant leadership roles as President and Chief Operating Officer at Cheetah Software Systems and Video Equipment Rentals.
Manish is also the founder of Advatix and XPDEL, where he has leveraged his extensive expertise to lead industry transformations and provide hands-on, strategic support to countless businesses in the eCommerce and logistics sectors. These companies reflect his commitment to creating a future defined by innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Andy Larew is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Archway and leads the Company in all fiscal matters, including setting financial vision and supporting strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he works to ensure long-term fiscal stability while enabling sustainable growth. With over 18 years of experience, Andy has facilitated successful business and financial restructurings, cross-functional communications, and process improvements that enable organic and inorganic growth. He has leveraged his unique background to collaborate with B2B and B2C companies along the entire business spectrum, from start-up to international corporations within the manufacturing, retail, software and financial services industries.
As an executive, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge leading and growing organizations. Throughout his career, Andy has exhibited the ability to capitalize on sound accounting fundamentals and pair them with business strategy to efficiently achieve short-term and long-term objectives. He launched his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, later served as Director of Finance for the Regis Corporation, and prior to his current position, held multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Graco Inc. including international management positions in the United States, China and Australia. In all of his roles, Andy delivered impactful leadership that enabled operational excellence and increased revenues, margins, and when applicable, shareholder value.
As Archway’s CFO, Andy is always looking to drive value for internal and external stakeholders. He prides himself as a tactical business partner and financial leader with expertise in financial analysis, reporting and modeling, budgeting, auditing and regulatory compliance. At Archway, he oversees accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax. As a client liaison, he enjoys building and refreshing financial, operational, and logistical strategies to solve complex problems with inventive and creative solutions.

Tera Glenn is Archway’s Vice President of Corporate Transformation. Her responsibilities at Archway are focused on business transformation, encompassing key initiatives that include the Enterprise Program Management Office and Initiative Gating Governance. She’s looking forward to reimagining and refreshing value-adding processes that will be established to last.
A high-impact enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) executive with over 14 years of experience in four different countries, Tera’s experience includes general management, program office leadership, account management, business operations and transformation. She has demonstrated repeated success aligning leaders to a strategic vision and establishing accountability for standardized processes, reporting and governance across an enterprise.

Prior to Tera’s current position, she was Vice President, Head of Program Office, for Global Supply Chain and Operations at Brightstar Telecommunications ― a global leader in adding value to the lifecycle of mobile devices. In addition to leadership positions at Brightstar for over eight years, Tera also served as Product Development Director and General Manager for Innonix Technologies, a Hong Kong biotechnology company that develops products to meet unmet healthcare needs.
A graduate of Western University in London, Ontario, Tera earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Science. When she’s not working, Tera enjoys family time, outrigger canoeing and volunteers for the American Red Cross.

Kay Ark is Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP) at Archway. She plays a major role in the company’s overall performance by leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness and elevating team performance through innovative strategies. Kay drives Archway’s growth through her leadership, attracting and developing outstanding talent while building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation.

Kay has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Her expertise includes leading organizational change, shifting corporate culture and introducing new technologies, processes and systems to employees. Kay consistently delivers on commitments and is the quintessential “people person” with sound values and operating principles.
Since joining the company in 2010, Kay has held positions of increased responsibility spanning various aspects of human resources. Most recently, Kay served as Vice President of Human Resources where she partnered with multiple functional areas to assess, organize, and develop the company’s talent, which ultimately has driven growth.
Prior to joining Archway, Kay held various positions at Hitachi Construction Truck Manufacturing and Kelly Services.
Kay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from York University. When she’s not working, Kay enjoys reading and traveling.
Adam Dyer is the Chief Commercial Officer of Archway. He is responsible for all client facing activities and developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
Prior to Archway, Adam was the COO and managing partner of Insight Branding, an industry leading marketing execution company. He led Insight Branding through a period of significant growth which culminated in the acquisition of Insight Branding by Archway.
Adam received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Masters (MBA) from Wake Forest University.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending with his wife and 5 kids, playing golf, skiing, coaching baseball, watching the Tarheels and Cincinnati Reds.
Diana Robson is Managing Director, Canada and a member of the Archway Executive Leadership Team. Diana leads and manages operations for Archway’s Corporate Services – United States line of business, as well as Archway’s Corporate Services – Canada line of business.
An accomplished leader, Diana leverages her 16 years of Archway experience in client service, sales, and operations to deliver complex retail execution, field sales support and product supply chain solutions for some of North America’s most well-known brands across the seven Archway sites she leads.
Diana provides expertise in the areas of client services, sales and operations across multiple industry verticals. She has built custom supply chain solutions supporting some of the country’s biggest enterprises, including one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, where she delivered support across wireless and wireline fulfillment, wireless/wireline infrastructure distribution and reverse logistics.

Diana received her Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from Bangalore University, India. A self-described “foodie,” Diana loves to read, enjoys traveling, and likes spending time with friends, family and her three dogs – two Great Danes and a Maltese.
