Manish Kapoor is the visionary and dynamic leader at the helm of Archway, serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a storied career spanning 25 years of senior leadership roles at prominent organizations including Amazon and FedEx, Manish has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead industry transformations.
At Amazon, Manish was the first individual to be hired for the newly formed "Amazon Logistics – AMZL" group, tasked with the monumental mission of building Amazon's in-house logistics capabilities. His leadership extended worldwide, overseeing last-mile efforts, and notably, the successful launch of Amazon Fresh and Sunday Delivery in the United States.
Manish's impressive career trajectory includes pioneering initiatives such as the establishment of the first centralized command and control center for Last Mile at FedEx, introducing automated route optimization even before smartphones became mainstream.
The early years of Manish's career were marked by his disruptive influence in the printing industry. He collaborated with Xerox R&D to develop cutting-edge commercial digital printing technology, capable of printing checks with magnetic toner. His journey also involved launching the first digital pre-press operation in India before relocating to the United States. Recognized for his invaluable contributions, Manish received the prestigious Global Xplorer award from the Printing Industry.
Further, Manish has held significant leadership roles as President and Chief Operating Officer at Cheetah Software Systems and Video Equipment Rentals.
Manish is also the founder of Advatix and XPDEL, a GCG company where he has leveraged his extensive expertise to lead industry transformations and provide hands-on, strategic support to countless businesses in the eCommerce and logistics sectors. These companies reflect his commitment to creating a future defined by innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Diana leads and manages operations for Archway’s Corporate Services – United States line of business, as well as Archway’s Corporate Services – Canada line of business. An accomplished leader, Diana leverages her 16 years of Archway experience in client service, sales, and operations to deliver complex retail execution, field sales support and product supply chain solutions for some of North America’s most well-known brands across the seven Archway sites she leads.
Diana provides expertise in the areas of client services, sales and operations across multiple industry verticals. She has built custom supply chain solutions supporting some of the country’s biggest enterprises, including one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, where she delivered support across wireless and wireline fulfillment, wireless/wireline infrastructure distribution and reverse logistics.

Diana received her Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from Bangalore University, India. A self-described “foodie,” Diana loves to read, enjoys traveling, and likes spending time with friends, family and her three dogs – two Great Danes and a Maltese.
Ashish Chadha brings over two decades of experience in developing technologies that power business growth. An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Ashish successfully founded and operated businesses in retail, fashion, and food industries. His team has delivered transformative platforms and solutions for global companies across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia, serving notable organizations like Airtel, Hyundai, Nokia, BNP Paribas, Belgium Satellite Services, the Government of India, Cheetah Software Systems, and Edelweiss.
At Archway, Ashish heads business and technology strategies, while overseeing India operations and driving global technology initiatives. He leads a team of experts across Cloud, SaaS, Mobile Technologies, Visualization, Logistics, Advanced Business Intelligence, and Analytics—delivering impactful solutions for clients worldwide.
Ashish holds a Bachelor's degree from Jodhpur University and credits his entrepreneurial journey as the foundation of his MBA-level expertise. A lifelong tech enthusiast, he has been passionate about technology since day one.
With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, Tammy spearheads go-to-market strategies through the Enterprise Sales team, driving growth and success for some of North America's most recognized brands.
Tammy firmly believes that successful partnerships are founded on trust and shared objectives, paving the way for mutual growth. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships by offering diverse perspectives on various business challenges.
Tammy holds a Business Administration – Marketing diploma from Conestoga College. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother who enjoys traveling with her daughter, sharing new experiences, and supporting business growth across industries.
With 23 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting, Mehlam has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead financial strategies and drive successful outcomes. He brings a wealth of experience in Private and Public company leadership with a robust background in overseeing Finance Operations, supporting go-to-market efforts, and creating value across diverse industries.
Mehlam joins us from Civitas Learning, a SaaS & Services Portfolio Company where, as CFO, he led Finance & Accounting and Investor Relations and helped drive growth by implementing innovative financial strategies and completed a debt refinance in the current capital environment (think “Mission Freedom”). Mehlam also stands out with his ability to translate strategic vision into day-to-day operations, drive investor confidence through meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, all of which are critical as we continue to grow our business with economic strength.
Mehlam’s experience includes working as Divisional CFO at e2open, a B2B Logistics SaaS company that successfully completed an IPO in 2021. Prior to that, he led the successful acquisition of Twyla (a Google Ventures Portfolio Company) as VP of Finance. His notable earlier experiences include working at Dell in Global Operations where he had P&L responsibility for globalizing manufacturing as well as leading go-to-market pricing for Dell Deployment Services, and KPMG where he was part of the team that carved out and listed 2 Publicly traded companies.
Mehlam’s strengths are deep industry knowledge, and strategic acumen coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Sam Vahie is the President & Chief Consulting Officer at Archway, bringing over 30+ years of experience in supply chain design and analytics. Recognized as one of the world’s top authorities in the field, Sam holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Sam has built an impressive career as a leader in strategy, value realization, product positioning, and enterprise transformation, with a focus on Global Supply Chain Strategy, Market Data & Research, and Customer Profiling. His expertise spans industries including CPG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, and Telecom.
Previously, Sam held senior roles at Wilson Perumal & Co., Infosys, Alvarez & Marsal, IRI, and i2 Technologies, where he delivered supply chain strategy and solutions to Fortune 500 companies, driving hundreds of millions in operational savings. At Frito-Lay, Sam led the development of a comprehensive supply chain planning and delivery solution that resulted in over $16M in annual savings. Additionally, he helped Nortel and Lucent transition from manufacturing to solution configuration, leading to over $100M in savings for each company.
Sam's experience also includes pioneering the first successful rollout of Liquid Data, a near real-time market data and analytics solution, at PepsiCo. He has also founded multiple start-ups in the analytics and mobile payment space.
Sam's work continues to shape the future of supply chain design and analytics, helping businesses unlock new levels of efficiency and success.
Merritt Trigg serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Print & Promo at Archway. With 15 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing, Merritt is a dynamic leader who designs customized and innovative print and promotional solutions for a wide range of clients.
Before joining Archway, Merritt was the Vice President of Sales and Strategy at Hackstone, a leading marketing and creative agency. There, he played a pivotal role in driving the company's net new logo acquisition, developing a systematic recurring revenue model, and significantly increasing the average contract value.
Merritt's career also spans roles in international logistics and manufacturing, particularly in the CPG sector. Notably, he was instrumental in launching the initial sales efforts for the Fulfillment by Amazon program at a leading 3PL provider and contributed to the rollout of an international distribution network for a major CPG brand, expanding into over 15 new markets.
Merritt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado.
Robert Segal serves as the Senior Vice President, Client Success at Archway, where he leads a talented team of professionals delivering innovative marketing and fulfillment solutions to clients across diverse industries and geographies. With over 15+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, Robert specializes in driving business turnarounds and operational excellence.
At Archway, Robert is focused on improving divisional P&L through top-line growth powered by innovative solutions and bottom-line improvements driven by efficiency and operational excellence. His expertise includes growth strategy, supply chain turnaround, network design, data analytics, global distribution strategy, and sales and operations planning. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and implement impactful process improvements, Robert consistently delivers results in dynamic and complex environments.
Prior to Archway, Robert held leadership roles at Brightstar Corp., as the Director of Business Operations. He also gained valuable experience at LATAM Airlines, further strengthening his global perspective on supply chain and logistics operations.
Robert holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics.
Paula has over 20 years of expertise in sales and account management within the supply chain industry. Her commitment to collaboration and innovation empowers clients to achieve measurable results while uncovering opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
As Archway's Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Paula is dedicated to cultivating partnerships that align with the company's goals. She brings extensive experience in contract negotiations and strategy development with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of joint initiatives. With a hands-on approach to managing logistics Paula consistently transforms ideas into results, emphasizing relationship-building and creating win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
