Archway’s 2010 growth creates opportunities for internal development and advancement
ROGERS, MINN. (February 1, 2011) – Archway
recently promoted 31 employees, 18 from its Rogers, Minn. headquarters, following a historical year in sales and the acquisition of new Fortune 500 clients. These clients fueled a more than 30% growth in sales during 2010, leading to Archway’s recognition on both Inc. magazine’s ‘Inc. 500|5000
’ list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s ‘Fast 50

Archway added three Vice Presidents to their senior management team. These positions include:
Vice President, Marketing: Megan Effertz
As the Vice President of Marketing at Archway, Megan’s responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, branding, public relations, communications and salesoperations. She leverages her 12 years of sales, marketing and communication experience to drive growth and target new client acquisition.
Vice President, Pricing and Procurement: Kerry James
Kerry James, Vice President Pricing and Procurement, is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management and day-to-day purchasing transactions across all Archway locations. Additionally, he manages pricing for new business opportunities and Archway services. With more than 13 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, Kerry drives enterprise efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives throughout the US and Canada.
Vice President, Consumer Services: Jane Jones
Jane Jones, Vice President Consumer Services, oversees Archway’s Consumer division, which consists of the Call Center, Consumer Services (rebates, sweepstakes, loyalty programs) and Data Processing. Jane has more than 20 years experience in operations and client services. She is responsible for bringing innovative solutions to consumer programs for Archway’s Fortune 1000 clients.
