Arm yourself with the tools necessary to properly forecast card levels. Integrated in Archway’s online ordering portal our forecasting tools help predict usage based on history, setup and manage auto-replenishment. Users can even schedule e-mail alerts for low inventory levels or expired inventory.
Archway designs online order management interfaces that can be accessed through a web-based portal or integrated to your existing system. Through your portal, you can view thumbnail images of cards, place orders, manage inventory, forecast inventory, setup auto-replenishment parameters, track shipments and run reports. We can also integrate our solution with your transaction processor allowing your gift cards and financial cards to be activated in transit or upon receipt.
With radio frequency tracking and 2D bar code labeling, Archway tracks your inventory from our dock doors to your final destination by unique serial number. Tracking information is maintained in our warehouse management system, giving you virtual visibility and control of your cards throughout the fulfillment process.
