Clay Perfall

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Clay provides executive leadership and collaborates with Archway's senior management team to establish and pursue the Company's strategic vision.

Clay has led Archway’s executive team since becoming CEO of Archway’s predecessor parent company, AHL Services (NASDAQ: AHLS), in 2001. Prior to joining AHL, Clay served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Snyder Communications (NYSE: SNC) where he was instrumental in that company's growth from $80 Million of revenue to $1.1 Billion of revenue over a four-year period, and its ultimate sale to Havas Advertising for $2.2 Billion in 2000. Clay began his career at Arthur Andersen where he was a partner in the firm's Tax Advisory Services Group.

Clay serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committees of Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX) and Comstock Homebuilding Companies (NASDAQ: CHCI). Clay also serves as Chair of the Board of Governors of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia and as a Trustee of the St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School Foundation. He is a Trustee of the Mason School of Business Foundation at the College of William & Mary and a member of WPO. Clay previously served as a director of InVentiv Health (NASDAQ: VTIV) from its formation in 1999 until its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2010.

Clay received his BBA in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of William & Mary.

President

Mike Moroz is the president of Archway where he is responsible for the company’s growth, innovation and the delivery of customized solutions and service to Fortune 1000 clients. As the leader of one of the fastest growing companies in North America, he is focused on improving the marketing supply chain for clients and helping mature companies eliminate waste from their fulfillment process.

Prior to joining Archway in 2004, Mike held executive management positions at Target Corporation, ClickShip Direct, Inc. and Damark International, Inc. While at Target, Mike was instrumental in leading the growth of the company's start-up e-commerce business to over $300 million. At Damark, he was responsible for leading the start-up company's growth to $700 million.

Mike also serves as a board member and teacher for Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest, a non-profit devoted to inspiring and preparing youth for success in the evolving global community. 

Mike received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Brian focuses on the development and execution of Archway's growth strategies, including merger and acquisition activity and the overseeing of Archway's financial functions.

Recently, Brian was Chief Financial Officer at Archway and lead the company's fiscal strength by delivering financial results and directing corporate development. With over twenty years of experience in advising, operating, acquiring and selling, Brian helps position Archway for a profitable future.

Prior to joining Archway, Brian was Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Anderson and Vice President of Corporate Development at Snyder Communications. At Snyder, Brian was responsible for the execution of the company's acquisition strategy, which included the purchase of over 40 businesses with an aggregate valuation in excess of $1 billion. More recently, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at AHL Services, Inc.

While at AHL Services, Inc. Brian was instrumental in the turnaround of five business services companies, the privatization of the holding company, the divestiture of three operating businesses and the development of key performance indicators and management reporting tools to evaluate operating performance.

Brian received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Tom Smith

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom is responsible for advancing Archway’s financial performance. With 20 years of experience in VP-level financial management roles, Tom leads the controllership, treasury and economic strategy of the company.

Prior to joining Archway, Tom was EVP North American Chief Administrative Officer for Affinion Group, a global provider of comprehensive marketing services and loyalty programs with $1.4 billion in annual revenues. Throughout his career Tom has held a breadth of roles in finance, accounting, strategic planning, operations and systems development in marketing, technology and transportation industries.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Minnesota.

Robert Burnes

Senior Vice President, General Manager,Canada

As Senior Vice President, General Manager of Archway Canada, Robert brings his breadth of senior-level leadership experience to Archway. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in distribution, fulfillment and information management, Robert is responsible for increasing operational efficiencies and exceeding the marketing objectives of every client.

Prior to joining Archway, Robert was a Vice President, General Manager at Recall, an information management company, where he grew revenue, improved safety and security, and deployed industry best practices to advance operational processes. Robert also held positions at Nadiscorp Logistics Group where he managed all of the administrative business services for their global customers, and CanWel Distribution.

Robert holds a CMA from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario as well as an EMBA from Queen’s University.

Rich Rizzardi

Senior Vice President, General Manager

As Senior Vice President, General Manager of Archway, Rich is responsible for delivering outstanding client service and innovation in process improvements for each client. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, he combines his senior leadership experience in sales, marketing and advertising to create powerful marketing solutions for each client.

Prior to joining Archway, Rich was an Executive Vice President, Director of Account Management at Campbell Mithun, an advertising agency in Minneapolis. At Campbell Mithun he drove business and marketing strategies, managed integration of cross functional teams and defined best practices to drive growth for clients.  Rich has worked across a wide range of industries including financial services, packaged goods, retail and durable goods.  He also held positions of increasing responsibilities at Fort Howard Corporation, and the Energizer Battery Company.

Rich holds a BS in Management and Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Jeremy Sacker

Senior Vice President, General Manager

As Senior Vice President, General Manager of Archway, Jeremy combines more than 10 years of operational experience with extensive military training in supply chain management to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Having served in the U.S. Army for 11 years, Jeremy literally learned about supply chain management within the largest and most advanced supply chain organization in the world. To Jeremy, global sourcing and transportation systems are about putting leadership tools and knowledge in place so that Archway can deliver on its promise to clients.

Prior to joining Archway in 2006, Jeremy was the Director of Operations at Best Buy Corporation where he managed the supply chain infrastructure, and was selected to lead the formation of Best Buy's private label group. Jeremy also held leadership positions at MarchFirst and Solo Cup Company.

Jeremy graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Secondary Education. He also holds a Master's Degree in Management from Troy State University.

Senior Vice President, General Manager

As Senior Vice President, General Manager of Archway, Kurt leads the development of solutions that streamline clients’ marketing fulfillment and enhance the brand experience. Kurt applies more than 20 years of experience in the strategic planning and brand management of Fortune 500 companies to ensure that Archway meets and exceeds clients’ marketing objectives.

Kurt has extensive marketing experience from both agency and client perspectives. At Carmichael Lynch and JWT, he led strategic brand initiatives, and directed cross-functional collaboration and best practices for leading global brands. Kurt was also general manager of marketing communications at Volkswagen of America Inc. where he directed strategic development, management and implementation of all marketing and media initiatives. 

Kurt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in advertising from Michigan State, and a master’s degree in management from Walsh College.

Alisha McNary

Vice President, Client Services

Alisha is vice president of client services where she is responsible for leading Archway’s South Bend, Ind., client services team. With more than 20 years of experience working in the fulfillment industry, Alisha maintains a wealth of knowledge in customer service and operations to help Fortune 1000 companies enhance and implement key marketing programs.

Alisha has been serving Archway’s clients for ten years. Prior to joining Archway, Alisha was vice president, customer experience at Aero Fulfillment Services, where she was responsible for producing new service offerings to satisfy clients’ program needs. Before joining Aero, Alisha created and implemented a marketing fulfillment services division at Mossberg & Company, Inc. where she was vice president, fulfillment and marketing services.

Alisha holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in administration from Bowling Green State University.

Jason Flagstad

Jason Flagstad

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations at Archway, Jason is responsible for fulfillment, production, inventory, capacity and asset management. He also focuses on Lean initiatives and continuous process improvement, while ensuring enterprise-wide adoption of best practices.

With more than 12 years of operational and client service experience, along with an extensive background in quality, Jason has a passion for continuous improvement and fully understands the importance of sharing the customer experience (and level of satisfaction) with all tiers of the organization.

Prior to Joining Archway, Jason was the Vice President of Business Process for Mid Continent Cabinetry, a division of Norcraft Companies LP. Jason has also held leadership roles in wholesale and retail.

Jason graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelors of Science in International Business and Marketing with a minor in economics.

Vice President, Corporate Development

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Matt is responsible for working with Archway's equity and debt partners to create maximum value for all stakeholders. Working closely with Archway's CFO, his role is to identify, implement and execute Archway's corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Archway, Matt was Director of Corporate Development of Convergence Holdings Limited and a manager with Arthur Andersen. More recently, Matt was the Vice President of Corporate Development at AHL Services, Inc. where, overseeing the Treasury function, he played a key role in the restructuring the capital structure of the company. He also assisted the CFO with the privatization of AHL Services, Inc. and the divestiture of three operating businesses.

Matt received his bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech with majors in Accounting and Finance.

Chief Information Officer

As the Chief Information Officer, Brian is responsible for aligning business services with technology to deliver innovative solutions to Archway clients. To maximize efficiencies of time and money, he continually looks for ways to optimize resources and create services that will streamline operational processes.

Brian has been an IT leader for over fifteen years, with experience that spans the three major IT disciplines (Planning and Architecture, Software Development and Support, and Infrastructure).

His work experience includes delivery of software development and configuration management methodologies at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Internet and intranet systems for Green Tree Servicing and Conseco, and a real-time inventory management system at Best Buy.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Data Analytics from the US Military Academy in West Point, NY.

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Kristin aligns the goals of the executive leadership team and employees, helping to meet Archway’s business and operational goals. With more than 10 years experience in human resources and business management, Kristin is responsible for developing the policies, procedures and benefits that encourage and engage Archway’s employees.

Prior to joining Archway, Kristin was Director, Human Resource Business Partner at Ameriprise Financial, where she drove initiatives to prioritize workflow and align employee responsibilities with the organization’s goals. Throughout her career, Kristin has held a variety of roles in human resources, and has worked for companies such as Lawson Software, The Stanley Works, and Miller Brewing Company.

Kristin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

Deepak Gupta

Vice President, Application Development

As Vice President of Application Development, Deepak Gupta is responsible for building and maintaining the company's three major information technology disciplines - planning and project management, architecture and software development. Under his leadership, Archway has built a global technology platform that supports the company's growth and nurtures a diversified IT workforce. By focusing on customer needs, Deepak and his team deliver scalable, cost effective business solutions that place enormous emphasis on quality and meet (and often exceed) customer expectations.

Prior to joining Archway, Deepak worked as a principal consultant for Saba Software - a start-up ERP vendor. At Saba Software, he led a core team of business and application-architecture consultants that delivered outstanding business solutions for Fortune 100 clients.

Deepak received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing and management of information systems from Wayne State University.

Vice President, Pricing & Procurement

As Vice President of Pricing and Procurement, Kerry is responsible for new business and project pricing, strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract administration and purchasing transactions across all Archway locations. With more than 13 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, Kerry drives enterprise efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives throughout the US and Canada.

Before joining Archway, Kerry worked at Caremark Inc. as a Senior Sourcing Analyst. Prior to that, he worked as a buyer at Accor North America and Hitachi.

Kerry holds a BA in Finance from Portsmouth University, a BA in Economics from Southern Denmark University and is a Certified Purchasing Manager with the ISM organization.

Jerry Johnson

Vice President, Managing Director

As Vice President of Managing Director, Jerry Johnson is responsible for managing the enterprise efforts of Archway's transportation and facility lease agreements, and in addition leads the operations team within the Detroit facilities. He uses his extensive financial and operational background and deep understanding of Archway’s clients and processes to provide value and true ROI on the services Archway provides.

Jerry joined Archway in 2004 and has more than 17 years of experience across financial, strategic and business leadership fields. Throughout his career, Jerry’s leadership has contributed to the development and growth of many emerging companies in a wide range of industries including: marketing, fulfillment, pharmaceutical, digital advertising, home health care and information publication.

Jerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Wayne State University.

Vice President, Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Jennifer is responsible for leading Archway’s financial planning, accounting, financial systems and billing functions. With more than 15 years of management-level experience in finance, Jennifer’s strength lies in her ability to drive process improvements that achieve better control, sustainability and improve the quality of reporting and analytics.

Before joining Archway, Jennifer held numerous finance leadership positions from Finance Director of US Bank corporate to VP of Finance at Ameriprise Financial where she managed over $600 million of annual spend. Most recently, Jennifer worked at Pearson, where she drove significant improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of planning, forecasting and financial reporting processes. A recognized leader, Jennifer brings proven ability to build morale and increase efficiencies on large teams, along with extensive experience supporting technology divisions and business segments of large corporations.

Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting emphasis from Augsburg College. She is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

As Vice President, Managing Director, Mike is responsible for executing business strategy and managing operations for Archway’s South Bend, Ind., facilities. With 34 years of business experience, Mike manages day-to-day operations in the most effective manner to deliver exceptional ROI for our clients. Mike has been with Archway for more than 10 years, holding progressive management and senior leadership roles managing continuous improvement and cost control activities.

Prior to joining Archway, Mike was the VP of finance and administration and CFO for National-Standard Company, a publicly-held wire manufacturer headquartered in southern Michigan, where he was responsible for finance, accounting, HR, employee relations and IT functions.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trine University, and is a CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society, and a past president of the region’s Chapter of the Tax Executive Institute.

With more than 20 years of experience working with national campaigns, Kathleen's expertise is in developing strategic initiatives to improve client's marketing programs.

Working as a collaborative partner, Kathleen is passionate about contributing to the strategic goals of her clients, delivering successful, customer-centric solutions and driving continuous improvement. By developing long-term relationships and delivering "right price, right time" solutions, she is able to get the results her clients demand - and deserve.

Prior to joining Archway, Kathleen held senior positions at Anderson Performance Improvement, The Gift Certificate Center, Inc., Apogee Enterprises and Moore Business Forms where she helped her clients improve performance, increase revenue and reduce costs.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN.

As the Vice President of Marketing at Archway, Megan’s responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, branding, public relations, communications and sales operations. She leverages her 12 years sales, marketing and communication experience to drive growth and target new client acquisition.

Prior to joining Archway, Megan was responsible for marketing strategies and product development for a range of industries (agriculture, packaging, construction, etc.) at an international plastics manufacturing company. She also provided all sales and communication strategies at a national insurance company.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business.

As Vice President of Business Development, Pennie provides strategic insight and direction for Archway’s clients. With more than 20 years of senior-level experience, Pennie is responsible for developing relationships with each client and gaining an understanding of their business objectives to find the best marketing supply chain solution to meet their goals. Pennie’s strength lies in her ability to cohesively bridge a client’s marketing strategy with marketing fulfillment to ensure the message effectively reaches the consumer.

Before joining Archway, Pennie was District Manager of Spence Diamonds, the largest retailer of diamonds in North America, where she was responsible for the performance of sales and operations across all retail locations in her district. Prior to Spence Diamonds, Pennie was Director, National Accounts at Grand & Toy, Ltd., a commercial supplier of total office solutions. Pennie has also held senior leadership positions at Genworth Financial and Lyreco Office Products, where she received numerous achievement awards.

As Vice President, Business Development, Steve is responsible for all phases of new client development. His success results from assisting clients in developing, implementing and enhancing programs that deliver on their investment and increase satisfaction.

Prior to joining Archway, Steve gained over 20 years of Business Process Outsourcing experience serving in senior sales roles with Resolve Corporation, Resolution, Inc. and American Express.

Steve graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Business and from DePaul University with an MBA in Marketing.

As a member of Archway’s advisory board, John offers support and guidance for Archway as it continues to grow and flourish. His extensive leadership experience at many of America’s leading brands is invaluable to Archway as we continually evolve our capabilities and service offerings.

Currently EVP of Luxottica, the parent company of premium luxury and sports eyewear brands such as Sunglasses Hut and LensCrafters, John has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership in management, marketing, operations and sales. He began his career at General Mills, Inc. holding several positions in sales and marketing, before moving on to senior executive leadership positions at leading global companies including, most recently, Build-A-Bear Workshop as president bear. John also held executive positions at Mars, Inc. as president, Mars Retail Group, Payless ShoeSource as chief marketing officer and senior vice president, Worldwide Business Development, at Universal Studios as executive vice president, marketing and sales, and with Carlson Companies, Inc., in their marketing and travel divisions.

John has served as a member of the board of directors of Aeropostale, Inc. since 2007. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and his masters in business administration from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As a member of the advisory board, Terry helps Archway add additional value to our expanding roster of pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. With more than 24 years of experience leading global pharmaceutical companies, Terry deepens Archway’s pharma-services expertise.

Currently, Terry is president of commercial operations at Mission Pharmacal, a privately held pharmaceutical company committed to meeting the unique health needs of women. Terry has also worked for InVentiv Health as president and chief operating officer where he led multiple pharmaceutical services and analytics teams, and held senior leadership positions with Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals, and Noven Pharmaceuticals.
